Decree-Laws – national legislation approved by the Government pursuant to the Government's legislative competence set forth in article 115 of the Constitution or under a legislative authorization from the National Parliament. The Decree-Laws are approved by the Council of Ministers, submitted to the President of the Republic for promulgation and published in the Official Gazette.
